Shipping Quote Cart for Discount Seating
Once we receive your information used during checkout, we will put together a custom shipping quote and verify the availability of the products. That can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours, when we have that information we will send back a shipping quote along with a time frame to receive them (and notify you if they are out of stock). Once you receive that information in an email, you can buy the order directly from that email. We send you to authorize.net and they take your credit card information and we do not have access to any of that information other than the billing and shipping address. We NEVER have access to your credit card numbers.
The furniture that you receive will usually be shipped on a pallet and when you get it you will want to inspect the furniture and note it on the shipping papers if there is any damage so that the problem can be resolved easily. If you do not inspect it, there is a chance that the damage claim will not be taken care of by the manufacturer. Usually if there is damage and it was noted on the shipping papers, they will either offer you a percentage off to keep the damaged restaurant furniture or they will send you replacement furniture or the pieces to repair them.
